Our T & C's

CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is to be given for cancelling or changing of appointments, failure to do so will require a full deposit for future bookings to protect our time.

All new clients will be asked to pay a deposit to secure their appointment. This will be taken off the final bill on the day you have your appointment. Services over £100 will always require a deposit.

All Structure+Shine, Kerasilk Treatment and colour correction services will always require a deposit of £50 to secure the appointment.

If you do not wish to share your contact details, we will take full payment of the service as a deposit on booking.

We will always do our best to run on time and not to cancel appointments, if we have to move/cancel your appointment due to staff sickness you will be notified and you will not lose your deposit, you may be offered another time slot with another stylist the same day or you can rebook with the same stylist at a later date when they are back in salon.

If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please do so using the salon main direct contact number on 01483 232769 to notify us as soon as possible. Please do not cancel through messaging services such as social media, WhatsApp, Facebook or other platforms, and do not contact your stylist personally to do this.

APPOINTMENT REMINDERS

Although we provide an appointment reminder service, it is your responsibility to update us with correct contact details in order for you to receive the reminders. It is also your responsibility to confirm by replying to the reminder text with YES to confirm if you are still able to attend your appointment and if you for any reason can’t attend, call us directly to notify us. If for whatever reason you do not receive this reminder this does not mean if you miss your appointment, we can’t take any responsibility please put your appointments in your diary/calendar.

ALLERGY TESTING

For every client first colour service, you will need an allergy test, we also recommend a free consultation. It is a legal requirement- regardless if you have used it before. Skin tests need to be carried out at least 48 hours prior to your appointment for a colour service. We may also do an incompatibility test to confirm whether your hair is suitable for the required service, and we reserve the right to refuse to go ahead with the service if we do not think your hair is in optimum condition.
